Job Summary Statement:
As the Product Data Specialist (PDS) in Product Development, you will own the PCF Process – creating, maintaining & managing Product Control Form specifications for new products that capture accurate product configuration details in preparation for setting up & creating product bill of materials (BOMs) in Oracle.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Own the Product Control Form (PCF) process in Product Development, how configuration details are collected, itemized, what, when, who is involved, step-by-step from start to finish.
- Continuously seek ways for improvement in the process, from creation to release, in how information is collected, communicated, and relayed to Master Data and Configuration Management.
- Work with Product & Category Managers to ensure accurate item setup configuration details are clearly understood, defined, and itemized in creating new or updating existing PCF specifications.
- Ensure PCF data is accurate, reviewed, approved, while supporting critical project deadlines.
- Act as the key contact for product PCF information by participating in project team meetings and proactively communicating to ensure accurate product configuration information is understood.
- Monitor Oracle status on new products (mfg.-hold as well as cost-hold) and work with Product Management to efficiently get the holds flipped when appropriate.

Job Summary Statement:
This position is responsible for moving product within the Distribution Center, pull and position for loading on trucks.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Positions forklift over or around loaded pallets, boxes, products, or materials and transports load(s) to designated area.
- Unloads and stacks material by raising and lowering lifting device.
- May inventory materials on work floor and supply workers with materials as needed.
- Weighs materials or products and record weight on tags, labels, or production schedules.
- Completes the Forklift Inspection Book/Log at the beginning of shift.
- May shrink wrap up to 60 pallets per shift.
- Reports to supervisor regarding any damage to racks, faulty equipment, or any other safety hazards.

Job Summary:
The Injection Lead ensures that the department meets its production, quality assurance and scheduling goals by supporting the supervisor in the injection area. This position acts as lead in operating the injection mold machines and leading in the absence of a Production Supervisor.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinates production activities related to manufacturing and/or assembly, testing and packing activities as required.
- Ensures employees are provided with clear instructions/training along with the correct tools and PPE required; explains and demonstrates injection area procedures to employees needing assistance or reinforcement
- Assists in conducting daily line and shift meetings – safety, reviews metrics, and assigns operators to workstations.

- Manually assembles parts by following specific work instructions
- Monitors parts/product for quality issues and notifies the Line Lead, Quality, Supervisor or Manager if a discrepancy is detected
- Places fully assembled items in boxes into their designated locations

Position serves as the liaison between Igloo and Amazon’s internal order management systems. The focus of the position is to ensure order cycle and supply chain efficiency/excellence between Igloo and the Customer. - Work with Igloo customer service group to receive, address, and expedite Amazon purchase orders. This involves order confirmation and addressing cancels within Amazon’s Vendor Central portal.
- Interface with and make recommendations to all involved customers and Igloo departments for successful, cost-effective issue resolutions. Areas to include, but not limited to, product availability, product excess, order management, and shipping.
- Maintains item replenishment codes within Vendor Central to ensure efficient ordering practices.
- Responsible for reviewing all open orders daily to ensure that backorders are cleared, and open orders are addressed by logistics, whether that is cancelling, booking, or extending ship dates.
- Understand and address any cost issues, both internally and externally, potentially limiting order fulfillment.

- Review ordering patterns versus retail sales to identify, and communicate, item ordering opportunities with Amazon Vendor Management team

· Manage the receivables of the assigned accounts, ensuring the company collects the invoices on time.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Ensure safe working practices are followed and all accidents, hazards, near misses, and property damage are reported in the required time. Ensure that Safety and Quality requirements are in compliance.
- Line Lead must reinforce the use of PPE at all times.
- Line Leads are responsible for allowing restroom breaks as requested to employees assigned to their assembly line.
- The FPI is required to be verified against the DJR and submitted for approval during the first 15 minutes of the shift.
- Perform all pre-shift, during and at the end of the shift reporting in a timely and accurate way as well as 5 minutes quality and safety meeting. Reporting includes but is not limited to line clearance report, hourly production board update, foam parameters checks and end of the shift report.
- Anytime there is any abnormal performance condition going on that keeps the line from achieving the expected Safety, Quality, Efficiency, Attainment or any other key indicator goal, the Line Lead must report it immediately to his/her supervisor for action to be taken to determine a resolution for the issue.
- As a prerequisite all Line Leads are to be certified in all core positions (screw gunning, foaming, cleaning and drain plug installing).
- Prior to shift start up or at product change over, Line Lead must verify that DJR (Discrete Job Report) match each component listed and the finish product as whole.
- Ensure the goal for Efficiency and Attainment numbers are met, 95% or above. Report any issues that are keeping the line from reaching 95% or above, immediately to the supervisor.
- Line Lead is required to fill out Scrap Tickets (Non-Conforming Material Ticket) during and at the end of the shift, ensuring they are filled out properly and accurately with all the required information. Also, these scrap tickets are to be submitted in a timely manner.
- Once a toolbox is provided to the Line Lead, they are responsible to bring it to work, every day they are present.
- Ensure that ALL unused components and materials are returned to warehouse at the end of run.
- Line Lead is responsible for ALL production to be counted, tagged and sent to the warehouse at the end of run.
- Troubleshoot solutions for technical problems, associated with assigned processes.
- The work area(s) are required to be maintained in a clean and organized manner at all times.
- Carry out other duties as may be required.

- Follows Lockdown Process Sheets, Procedures, Visual aids, and Instructions.
- Works closely with Production Supervisors and Operations personnel to achieve and maintain departmental goals.
- Maintains and improves safety and quality (safety devices, guarding equipment, spare parts list, set-up instructions, and troubleshooting protocol.
- Prepare reports and data collection as directed by immediate supervisor.
- Operates forklifts and cranes to replace molds.
- Starts/shuts down machines, Responsible for machine adjustments.
- Works with Senior technicians to conducts minor repairs and changes inserts.
- Starts/shuts down machines, Responsible for machine adjustments.
- Ensures safe working practices are followed and all accidents, hazards, near misses, and property damage are reported in a timely manner.
- Ensure work area(s) are maintained in a clean and organized manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalency.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in plastics manufacturing, mold set-up, or continuous extrusion Blow Mold/Injection.
- Knowledge of Thermolators, grinders, blenders, and liquid additive pumps.
- Experience working on Graham, Sterling, Milacron Blow Mold machines, Injection Mold Machines, or similar equipment.
- Flexibility to working multiple shifts and weekends
- English Language Skills: Able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
- Math Skills: Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
- Physical Demands: Able to lift a maximum of 50 lbs. multiple times a day during a 12-hr. shift; Bend and stand in difficult positions up to 12 hours; Able to manipulate tools with both hands and stand for long hours.
- Work Environment: Manufacturing area hot and humid in summer months, cold in winter months. High noise requiring use of hearing protection.
