This role reports directly to the Vice President & General Counsel, Americas.   Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Legal Advice and Guidance: Provide expert legal counsel to senior management and various departments within the organization on a wide range of legal matters, including but not limited to contracts, corporate governance, consumer law, litigation, insurance law, employment law, privacy law, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance. - Contract Negotiation, Drafting and Management: Review, draft, negotiate and manage contracts, and related legal documents to protect the company’s interests and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. - Risk Management: Identify potential legal risks, including warranty and product liability, and develop strategies to mitigate company exposure. Implement policies and procedures to reduce legal exposure and maintain compliance with industry and government standards. - Claims and Litigation Management: Manage and oversee all claims for and against the company, including litigation matters, working closely with insurance brokers and adjusters and external counsel on a regular basis. Develop and implement strategies to resolve disputes efficiently and cost-effectively. - Mergers and Acquisitions: Provide legal support for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions, including due diligence, and integration activities. - Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations affecting the company’s operations and products. Ensure legal compliance; develop compliance programs as needed. - Corporate Governance: Assist in maintaining and improving corporate governance practices, including advising on board matters, corporate policies, and governance guidelines. - Training and Education: Conduct legal training and awareness programs for employees to promote compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Minimum Requirements & Qualifications: - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with a relevant state bar association is required. - A minimum of 15 years of experience practicing law, with a strong background in corporate law, contracts, and litigation is required. - Proven ability to provide sound legal advice in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. - Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Familiarity with the RV, marine, or automotive industries is a plus. The manager is responsible for delivering best-in-class analysis of sales, trends, and replenishment opportunities to promote sales growth while increasing market share. You will collaborate closely with sales leaders and the supply chain team to optimize sales through data-driven insights by utilizing replenishment best practices coupled with Internal, Syndicated, and Customer POS data. Performing account reconciliations and obtaining the necessary documents from different departments to manages the claims and resolve disputes.    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:   Collections: - Manage the receivables of the assigned accounts, ensuring timely collections and disputes. - Control invoices on the customer’s portal and ensure we meet deadlines to deliver documents, retrieve payments, and reconcile outstanding balances. - Contact customers for payment resolution and discrepancies. - Validate that the customer receives the invoices and inform Management if there is any failure in the system delivery. - Send statements to customers and prepare dunning letters for past due accounts. - Provide the details of invoices to be considered in the bad debt reserve.   Deductions: - Research and resolve assigned customer deductions by retrieving claim details from vendor sites if not sent with payment remittance. - Access carrier sites to obtain proof of delivery for shortage claims or send POD requests to distribution as needed. - Write up and issue credits to offset valid deductions. - Decline invalid claims in writing and work with customers for repayment. - Work with sales regarding pricing deductions that are invalid. - Utilize Customer Vendor Portals for deduction and collection support. - Perform ad-hoc reports and other duties as requested by the Manager. - Other duties assigned by the Manager. Minimum Requirements and Qualifications: - Education: High School diploma. - Experience: Minimum one (1) year in Collections and/or Deductions. (Internal applicants will be considered based on the knowledge of the area related to AR and minimum requirements). - Experience in Industry goods, bill of lading, and packing lists. - English language skills: Able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English; Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Must be experienced processing Raw Material/Inventory, Expense Reports, and Check Requests. - English language skills: Able to read, write, speak and comprehend English - Math skills: Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide - Physical Demands: General Office environment. Monitor product for any quality issues. - Accurately Track production and rejects on production form. - Verify that equipment is operating properly. The focus of the position is to ensure order cycle and supply chain efficiency/excellence between Igloo and the Customer.  Responsibility includes meeting sales and service level goals for both Igloo and the Customer. After more than 75 years of as the leader as a housewares brand, Igloo has pivoted to a high growth lifestyle brand for outside activities associated with fun, family and friends.   Founded in as a metalworking shop bringing fresh cold water to Texas workers in the field to inventing the Playmate to becoming America’s most recognizable brand of ice chests, the Igloo story spans more than 75 years of delivering coolness to the world.  Today, Igloo has 90% + brand awareness and is #1 in market share in the US, is a pioneer in sustainability for our category with the launch of biodegradable coolers and coolers made with from post-consumer recycled resin and other sustainable materials and has a growing DTC business allowing us to build direct relationships with our consumers.  In 2021, Igloo was acquired by Dometic Brands and now there is the opportunity to Globally grow both brands together.   Job Summary Statement:   The Blow Mold Process Technician will support blow mold manufacturing department, attending daily critical machine, support mold set-up team, material and resin team.   Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Provides support to production to improve process and metrics. - Attends Critical machine daily and auxiliary equipment. - Performs foam fixture startup, troubleshoots, and maintains during production. - Troubleshoots problems with blow mold machine and peripheral equipment and takes corrective actions - Follows Lockdown Process Sheets, Procedures, Visual aids, and Instructions. - Works closely with Production Supervisors and Operations personnel to achieve and maintain departmental goals. - Maintains and improves safety and quality (safety devices, guarding equipment, spare parts list, set-up instructions, and troubleshooting protocol. - Prepare reports and data collection as directed by immediate supervisor. - Operates forklifts and cranes to replace molds. - Starts/shuts down machines, Responsible for machine adjustments. - Works with Senior technicians to conducts minor repairs and changes inserts. - Starts/shuts down machines, Responsible for machine adjustments. - Ensures safe working practices are followed and all accidents, hazards, near misses, and property damage are reported in a timely manner. - Ensure work area(s) are maintained in a clean and organized manner. - Other duties as assigned.   Minimum Requirements & Qualifications: - Education: High School Diploma or equivalency. - Experience: Minimum 2 years in plastics manufacturing, mold set-up, or continuous extrusion Blow Mold. - Knowledge of Thermolators, grinders, blenders, and liquid additive pumps. - Experience working on Graham, Sterling, Milacron Blow Mold machines, or similar equipment. - Flexibility to working multiple shifts and weekends - English Language Skills: Able to read, write, speak and comprehend English. - Math Skills: Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide. - Physical Demands: Able to lift a maximum of 50 lbs. multiple times a day during a 12-hr. shift; Bend and stand in difficult positions up to 12 hours; Able to manipulate tools with both hands and stand for long hours. - Work Environment: Manufacturing area hot and humid in summer months, cold in winter months. High noise requiring use of hearing protection. Understanding of shop mathematics. - Physical Demands: Able to lift up to 35 lbs. Able to stoop and bend. Able to walk quickly and climb stairs. Able to work 12-hour shift. - Work environment: Manufacturing environment. Warehouse is hot and humid in summer months, cold in winter months. - Knows how to apply knowledge of tool and die design and construction. - Knows metal properties, and can demonstrate layout, machining, and assembly procedures. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Create Molds Reconstruct Molds. - Able to set up and run mills, lathes, surface grinders, EDM, and read blueprints. - Set up CNC Mill. - Use of Master CAM. - TIG Welding. - Able to train technicians. - Other Duties as assigned.       Minimum Requirements and Qualifications: - Education: High School Diploma or equivalency. - Experience: Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience as mold maker; Minimum fifteen (15) years setting up and running mills and lathes, must have own tools. - English language skills: Able to read, write, speak and comprehend English. - Math skills: Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide. - Physical Demands: Able to lift a maximum of 50 lbs. - Work environment: Manufacturing environment. Warehouse is hot and humid in summer months, cold in winter months. - Experienced using Master CAM & TIG welding. - Able to read schematics.
