Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Operate Blow Molding Machines. - Responsible for visual inspection of production for defects based on Standard. Monitor product for any quality issues. - Accurately Track production and rejects on production form. - Verify that equipment is operating properly. Notify Team Lead or Supervisor. - Adhere to all Safety Practices. - Participate and support lean activities. - Ensure work area meets 5S guidelines. - Perform product stacking per engineering standards. - Operate foam equipment. - Cutting trim flash from parts. - Get the proper material to the required machines in a safe, productive and efficient manner. - Operate hot Stamp machines. - Operate Sonic welders, handle back – up install. - Maintain acceptable level of housekeeping by 5S standards in the assigned work area. Work areas must be kept free and clear of trash (paper, plastic, cups, bottles, and gloves) or any items which are not necessary to perform work assignment.   - Keep fixture/mold/tooling rack areas clean and organized. - Re-grind unacceptable parts. - Achieve established daily performance target. - Relieve other Machine Operators in the occurrence of machine down time or job re-assignment in pursuit of maintaining departmental efficiency and quality of production. - Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance on blow molding and auxiliary equipment. - Perform any and all other duties as assigned. - Completion of New Hire Training. - Able to trim, inspect, parts from multiple machines while working in high heat conditions. Minimum Requirements and Desired Qualifications: - Experience: Previous manufacturing experience. - Language Skills: Able to read, write, and communicate in English or Spanish. - Ability to work well with others in a team environment and independently is essential. - Action oriented – results driven. - Math Skills: Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide. - Physical Demands: Able to stand and work 12-hour shift; Able to stoop and bend; Able to walk quickly and climb stairs; Able to lift a maximum of 25 lbs. multiple times per day during a 12-hour shift; Able to manipulate tools with both hands. Minimum height requirement of 60 inches. - Ability to work under pressure. - Work Environment: Manufacturing environment is hot and humid in summer months; cold during winter months. Loud noise requiring ear protection. Preferred Qualifications: - One (1) year Blow Molding experience. - Education: High School Diploma or equivalency - Ability to communicate in Spanish - Familiar with industrial products. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:   - Email & SMS Marketing Execution – Work with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns based on GTM Calendar. Identify, target and analyze customer segments and audience for opportunities to grow each brand’s Email and SMS list, respectively. Manage channel to strict KPI’s and revenue targets   - Work with Customer Data Platform (Lexer) – work to develop a better understanding of our consumers and use that knowledge to create targeted and triggered emails, sms, as well as recommending other channels.   - Manage from inception to completion consumer campaign newsletter emails, triggered emails and other customer retention management initiatives   - Partner with team to drive strategy and execution on retention efforts to ensure customer retention and increased repeat purchase rate/LTV   - Concept and deliver written creative briefs for email/ SMS marketing, working with the team to review, approve and deploy assets   - Test and Learn – always be looking for opportunities to improve the process, creative, results and consumer experience   - Work with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns based on the go-to-market calendar to ensure that we’re aligned on key styles, inventory, and site merchandising while identifying appropriate target customer segments and audiences.   - Manage monthly email/ SMS reporting to report on results to KPI’s (revenue, traffic, open rate and CTR) and to use them to improve future performance and improved targeting.   - Reporting - Manage Performance Marketing reports and deliver to the DTC team on a weekly and monthly cadence.   - Attribution - Collaborate with the DTC team to build and evolve a data-driven attribution model. Ensure that Safety and Quality requirements are in compliance. - Supervisor is responsible to review and sign DJRs for every assembly line under their responsibility at the beginning of the shift as well as every change over. - Supervisor is responsible for auditing at the beginning of the shift as well as at least 3 times during the day for the following, - Foam Parameters - Hourly Production Board - 5 minutes Safety/Quality meeting - Line Clearance report - Scrap levels. - Supervisor is responsible to create, support and schedule the line assignment for associates and temporary agency employees. - Responsible for submitting temporary agency work orders by 2pm on day shift and 9pm on night shift. - The Supervisor is also responsible for making random quality checks during their shift on every line under their responsibility to ensure all product being processed is compliant with Quality Standards. - Performing the Safety Monthly - A Cross Training Program is required to be developed and executed for a positions rotation plan. - To keep payroll system updated at all times and timecards must be approved by the end of the last day of their shift. - Required to navigate in both Oracle and OBIEE systems, to verify WIP inventories and/or scheduling requirements. - Perform duties to support the Manager as needed. - To properly utilize the assigned manpower, material, equipment and space to perform in a profitable and efficient manner by coordinating all activities within the scope of approved procedures and sets priorities necessary to accomplish pre-determined goals. - Identifies and resolves manufacturing problems in order to deliver production efficiency, attainment and scrap control results. - Monitors equipment, methods of operation and coordinates equipment repairs in order to reduce spoilage (scrap) and ensure established quantity and quality of output is met. - Help implement and maintain 5S practices in all areas of the plant. - Ensure safe working practices are followed and all accidents, hazards, near misses and property damage are reported in the required time. - Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety and hygiene standards. - Promote Safety, Quality, and Environmental Awareness by following the requirements in the area of responsibility. - Ensure production activities are carried out within budgeted machine and labor hours. - Ensure all labor and machine timesheets are completed and submitted accurately as required. Also, must maintain accurate personnel data: attendance, counseling, performance and other, to provide accurate payroll data to proper personnel. - The Supervisor will ensure the transfer of knowledge and/or issues between shifts, to the relieving Supervisor. - All Igloo policies and procedures are enforced fairly and equally. - Assembly Supervisor must be willing to be cross trained to fill in for Molding Supervisor position as needed. - Other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements & Qualifications: - Education: High school diploma or equivalency. - Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of Production experience in assembly repetitive manufacturing. - Supervisory Experience: Minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience. - English language skills: Able to read, write, speak and comprehend English. - Math skills: Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide. - Physical Demands: Able to lift a maximum of 50 lbs. multiple times a day during a 12 hr. shift; Bend and stand in difficult positions up to 12 hours; Able to manipulate tools with both hands and stand for long hours; Able to walk quickly and climb stairs; Walk approximate distance between 3-4 miles per day. - Work environment: Warehouse environment hot and humid in summer months, cold in winter months. Serve as back-up for Accounts Payable Supervisor.   Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:   · Prepare all invoices, reviewing for discounts and verifying purchase order dollars and quantity amounts utilizing two-way or three-way matching processes: invoice, purchase order and receiver. Invoices with discounts must be entered and paid in a short time frame. · Review all invoices for proper sales and use taxation on questionable items and adjust invoices if necessary to accurately reflect the required taxes · Interact with associates at all levels of the company for verification and resolution of receipt and pricing issues · Maintain proper approval for non-purchase order invoices, complying with the Igloo Financial Limits of Authority · Ensure timely payments, which include organization, follow-up, and escalation as needed · Work with department to identify processes for improvement · Timely response and resolution to supplier inquiries · Open and allocate the daily mail, preparing the invoices for daily processing · Request vendor statements to reconcile, research, and resolve discrepancies · File documents; hard and soft – filing and imaging · Comply with financial policies, procedures, and contractual requirements · Maintain and update the vendor master, including verification of federal identification numbers · Issue vendor checks weekly and prepare manual checks as necessary · Set up wire/ACH payments weekly and prepare manual payments as necessary · Set up Pcard payments weekly · Review, analyse, and clear invoices that appear on invoice hold report, with supervisor assistance as needed · Work with AP Supervisor during month-end closing process to determine needed accruals for payables · Assist with AP audit activities including annual audit, sales and use tax audits · Assist with training and serve as mentor to Accounts Payable Clerks · Serve as backup for Accounts Payable Supervisor, including month-end close · Other duties as assigned   Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:   · Education: High school diploma or equivalency · Experience: Minimum five (5) years Accounts Payable Experience. Must be knowledgeable about Raw Material/Inventory, Expense Reports, and Check Requests payment types. · English language skills: Able to read, write, speak and comprehend English · Math skills: Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. This role reports directly to the Vice President & General Counsel, Americas.   Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Legal Advice and Guidance: Provide expert legal counsel to senior management and various departments within the organization on a wide range of legal matters, including but not limited to contracts, corporate governance, consumer law, litigation, insurance law, employment law, privacy law, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance. - Contract Negotiation, Drafting and Management: Review, draft, negotiate and manage contracts, and related legal documents to protect the company’s interests and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. - Risk Management: Identify potential legal risks, including warranty and product liability, and develop strategies to mitigate company exposure. Implement policies and procedures to reduce legal exposure and maintain compliance with industry and government standards. - Claims and Litigation Management: Manage and oversee all claims for and against the company, including litigation matters, working closely with insurance brokers and adjusters and external counsel on a regular basis. Develop and implement strategies to resolve disputes efficiently and cost-effectively. - Mergers and Acquisitions: Provide legal support for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions, including due diligence, and integration activities. - Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations affecting the company’s operations and products. Ensure legal compliance; develop compliance programs as needed. - Corporate Governance: Assist in maintaining and improving corporate governance practices, including advising on board matters, corporate policies, and governance guidelines. - Training and Education: Conduct legal training and awareness programs for employees to promote compliance with legal requirements and company policies. After more than 75 years of as the leader as a housewares brand, Igloo has pivoted to a high growth lifestyle brand for outside activities associated with fun, family and friends.   Founded in as a metalworking shop bringing fresh cold water to Texas workers in the field to inventing the Playmate to becoming America’s most recognizable brand of ice chests, the Igloo story spans more than 75 years of delivering coolness to the world.  Today, Igloo has 90% + brand awareness and is #1 in market share in the US, is a pioneer in sustainability for our category with the launch of biodegradable coolers and coolers made with from post-consumer recycled resin and other sustainable materials and has a growing DTC business allowing us to build direct relationships with our consumers.  In 2021, Igloo was acquired by Dometic Brands and now there is the opportunity to Globally grow both brands together.   Job Summary Statement:   The Blow Mold Process Technician will support blow mold manufacturing department, attending daily critical machine, support mold set-up team, material and resin team.   Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Provides support to production to improve process and metrics. - Attends Critical machine daily and auxiliary equipment. - Performs foam fixture startup, troubleshoots, and maintains during production. - Troubleshoots problems with blow mold machine and peripheral equipment and takes corrective actions - Follows Lockdown Process Sheets, Procedures, Visual aids, and Instructions. - Works closely with Production Supervisors and Operations personnel to achieve and maintain departmental goals. - Maintains and improves safety and quality (safety devices, guarding equipment, spare parts list, set-up instructions, and troubleshooting protocol. - Prepare reports and data collection as directed by immediate supervisor. - Operates forklifts and cranes to replace molds. - Starts/shuts down machines, Responsible for machine adjustments. - Works with Senior technicians to conducts minor repairs and changes inserts. - Starts/shuts down machines, Responsible for machine adjustments. - Ensures safe working practices are followed and all accidents, hazards, near misses, and property damage are reported in a timely manner. - Ensure work area(s) are maintained in a clean and organized manner. - Other duties as assigned.   Minimum Requirements & Qualifications: - Education: High School Diploma or equivalency. - Experience: Minimum 2 years in plastics manufacturing, mold set-up, or continuous extrusion Blow Mold. - Knowledge of Thermolators, grinders, blenders, and liquid additive pumps. - Experience working on Graham, Sterling, Milacron Blow Mold machines, or similar equipment. - Flexibility to working multiple shifts and weekends - English Language Skills: Able to read, write, speak and comprehend English. - Math Skills: Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide. - Physical Demands: Able to lift a maximum of 50 lbs. multiple times a day during a 12-hr. shift; Bend and stand in difficult positions up to 12 hours; Able to manipulate tools with both hands and stand for long hours. - Work Environment: Manufacturing area hot and humid in summer months, cold in winter months. High noise requiring use of hearing protection. Understanding of shop mathematics. - Physical Demands: Able to lift up to 35 lbs. Able to stoop and bend. Able to walk quickly and climb stairs. Able to work 12-hour shift. - Work environment: Manufacturing environment. Warehouse is hot and humid in summer months, cold in winter months. - Knows how to apply knowledge of tool and die design and construction. - Knows metal properties, and can demonstrate layout, machining, and assembly procedures. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Create Molds Reconstruct Molds. - Able to set up and run mills, lathes, surface grinders, EDM, and read blueprints. - Set up CNC Mill. - Use of Master CAM. - TIG Welding. - Able to train technicians. - Other Duties as assigned.       Minimum Requirements and Qualifications: - Education: High School Diploma or equivalency. - Experience: Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience as mold maker; Minimum fifteen (15) years setting up and running mills and lathes, must have own tools. - English language skills: Able to read, write, speak and comprehend English. - Math skills: Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide. - Physical Demands: Able to lift a maximum of 50 lbs. - Work environment: Manufacturing environment. Warehouse is hot and humid in summer months, cold in winter months. - Experienced using Master CAM & TIG welding. - Able to read schematics.
