Custom Igloo orders take additional time because each item is made just for you. Please allow approximately 10 business days for processing, plus 5–7 business days for shipping once your order has shipped. 

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your custom order is on its way so you can follow its progress. 

Yes. You can upload your own image, logo, artwork, or add custom text to create a personalized Igloo cooler or custom drinkware. For best results, use clear, high‑resolution designs and make sure any text is large enough to be easily read on the finished product.

Igloo Custom supports common file types including JPG, PNG, PDF, and EPS. Files must be under the maximum upload size, and higher‑resolution images will produce the best results. 

  • Playmate Cooler – Front/Back: 10.05" × 5.13" or 724 × 369 px 
  • Playmate Cooler – Sides: 9.14" × 7.51" or 658 × 369 px 
  • 32oz Tumbler: 2.25" × 3" 

File Size 10 MB or Less 

Many iPhone photos are saved as HEIC files, which are not supported. If your uploaded image isn’t working, convert it to a JPG or PNG file and try again.

Custom orders are made specifically for you and typically cannot be changed, canceled, returned, or exchanged once placed. Double check your custom order before submitting for correct spelling and final design. If there is an issue with your order, contact Customer Support and we’ll review it with you.
