We offer free shipping on orders over $100 and for those under, a nice flat rate based on your order weight.

15 lbs. - 34.99 lbs: $15.99
35 lbs and up: $19.99
FREE Shipping on orders $100 and over

Shipping rates are calculated before tax is applied in your shopping cart. 

PO Boxes
We do not ship to PO boxes.

Orders are processed and shipped out of our Katy, Texas facility Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm (CT).

Return Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase or have received a defective item from Igloo, we offer easy returns! items can be returned for a replacement or a refund within 30 days of purchase, if they are unused and in their original packaging.

Igloo products purchased at an authorized retailer are subject to their return policies. Please contact retailers directly for additional information.

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item sold on this website for a replacement or a refund.

Any  damaged or defective item due to the manufacturing process can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Item Condition
Items need to be returned in like-new condition. Items that are damaged, dented, scratched or missing parts due to misuse or negligence may be denied a return.

Return Shipping Fees
Items returned for a refund are assessed a return shipping fee. Any processing Fee applied is outlined in the Overview Section of your Return Preview, prior to completing your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). If you have any questions regarding the return process, please contact customer service for further details.

Bulk Returns
If you are returning multiple items, please note you may be required to contact customer service to create individual return labels for each item being returned.

Once the items are returned to our facility, a refund will be processed back to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days. We do not offer store credit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment, minus any fee.

The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.

Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post refund transactions to your account once they have received the information from us.

We offer replacement orders for in-stock, same items only. Damaged, defective or incorrect item will need to be returned via our RMA process, linked below.

We reserve the final approval on all returns and replacements. Returns will only be accepted with a completed RMA request via our shipping provider, within the timeframe stated. Once your package has been received and inspected, your refund/credit will be processed within 7-10 business days.
