HOLIDAY SHIPPING GUIDE:

Don't let your holiday orders arrive late! With record shipping volume on the horizon, please get your orders in before our recommended shipping cut-off dates. Since we cannot guarantee delivery dates, we want to make sure there is enough time to get your orders before the holidays!

Recommended Shipping Cut-off Dates: 

Last day for SmartPost Delivery (Parts/Accessories) - December 8th

Last day for Home Delivery - December 12th

Orders placed by 11:59 PM PST on respective dates. SmartPost is used to ship orders up to 1lbs and would be noted at checkout.

 

GENERAL SHIPPING:

Our goal is to connect you with your Igloo products as soon as possible.

We offer free shipping on orders over $75 and for those under, a nice flat rate based on your shopping cart weight.

Delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. FedEx shipping service and rates are subject to change without notice. 

Orders placed with Standard U.S. Shipping should be expected within 7-10 Business Days.

2 lbs - 14.99 lbs: $9.99
15 lbs. - 34.99 lbs: $14.99
35 lbs and up: $19.99
FREE Shipping on orders $75 and over


Excludes shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.


Shipping rates are calculated before tax is applied in your shopping cart.


Orders are processed and shipped out of our Katy, Texas facility Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm (CT).

Orders shipped via FedEx are within the Contiguous United States. USPS and Smart Post are available to PO Box, FPO and APO at additional rates. Please note some weight restrictions may apply.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Igloo, our mission is to enable your pursuit of happiness. To us that means ensuring you are satisfied with our products and that you had an awesome experience shopping with us. Our Easy Returns system makes getting a refund or replacement product hassle-free within the first 30 days of purchase.


Returning a product?
Once the item is returned to our facility you will receive your credit within 7-10 business days (two weeks). Shipping charges are non-refundable and all returns may be, at our discretion, subject to a 20% Return Postage Fee (based on return shipping cost back to Igloo via FedEx).

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. Any item damaged or defective due to the manufacturing process can be returned free of charge within 30 days of purchase. Unused, new merchandise with original tags/stickers attached may be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. Items returned for exchange or refund may be subject to a 20% Return Shipping Fee. We use FedEx to process our returns and require Return Authorization and a FedEx Shipping label, which we will email you upon review and acceptance of the return request. Start the process here. Merchandise returned after 30 days will not be refunded and the product will be returned to the customer. If your Igloo product fails due to defects in material or workmanship and falls within the guidelines of the Warranty Policy after the 30-day return period, you may be eligible to submit a Warranty claim here. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


ITEMS MARKED FINAL SALE ARE UNABLE TO BE RETURNED.


We comply with all state and federal laws in regards to cashing out gift cards.


Please note: We will only return or exchange items purchased at www.igloocoolers.com. Merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.


Call us at (800) 273-7024 or visit www.igloocoolers.com/RMA to start the exchange process. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different style or color, you will be charged a 20% Return Postage Fee.


If you are returning a gift you received that was purchased on this website, please call us at (800) 273-7024 or contact our Guest Services department via email at customerservice@shop.igloocoolers.com.


We reserve the final approval on all returns and exchanges. Returns will only be accepted with a completed RMA request via our shipping provider. Once your package has been received and inspected, your refund/credit will be processed within 7-10 business days (two weeks). If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment, minus any Return Shipping Fee. The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via the email address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
