RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Igloo, our main goal is to enable the pursuit of happiness. To us that means ensuring you are 100% satisfied with our products and that you had an all around awesome experience shopping with us from beginning to end. If for any reason you’re dissatisfied with your order, don’t worry! Our Easy Returns policy makes getting a refund or replacement product totally hassle-free.
All that we ask is that you return your purchase within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or replacement. A return-shipping label is included in all full-priced US orders, so all you have to do is put the product back in the box that it came in, slap on the sticker and ship it back to us free of charge. Pretty chill, right?
Returning a product? You will receive your credit within 7-10 business days (two weeks). Unfortunately, while the original shipping charges are non-refundable, we do cover the costs of shipping it back to us. Exchanging a product? You don’t have to pay to ship it back to us either.

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. Unused merchandise (original tags/stickers attached) may be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. Merchandise returned after 30 days will not be refunded and the product will be returned to the customer. If your Igloo product fails due to defects in material or workmanship and falls within the guidelines of the Warranty Policy after the 30-day return period, you may be eligible to submit a Warranty claim. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
ITEMS MARKED FINAL SALE ARE UNABLE TO BE RETURNED. Gift cards are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cash value.
Please note: We will only return or exchange items purchased at www.igloocoolers.com. Merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
We will be happy to exchange your full-priced item for another product. Call us at (866) 509-3503 to start the exchange process. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different style or color, you will be charged the return shipping.

We reserve the final approval on all returns and exchanges. Returns will only be accepted with a completed Return Form. Returns must be mailed to the address on the Return Form.
Once your package has been received, your refund / credit will be processed within 7-10 business days (two weeks). If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
